At Risk Donors: Ways to recognize and then re-engage special at risk donors
Wednesday, February 24, 2010
New York City
About this Event
This session will explore creative strategies which have been instituted to improve the bottom line for certain at risk audiences.

All organizations are trying to improve net revenue and engage their donors in the best way possible right now. And donors who give a second gift or who reactivate are worth much more on a LTV basis than new donors.

This session will walk thru specific case studies that have helped improve response rates for: - premium donors and/or low dollar, less loyal donors
- new donors or donors who have only given one gift
- pre-lapsing donors (donors who are about ready to lapse on your file)
- recently lapsed or long lapsed donors

This session is sure to fill up fast so please sign up today so you don’t miss out on some great ideas to improve your results!
