If your donors are able to give on-line, consider putting your most successful direct mail holiday appeal online. Be sure to edit the copy to be "web friendly."Also, always include a link to your online giving form for all occasions where an appeal is made for a gift in the copy. For example, "we need your gift today so these children won't go to bed hungry this holiday season. Click here to make your gift now." By putting your successful appeal online, you will generate additional gifts at no, or minimum, cost. |
