Alex Sprague is the Senior Development Assistant of Stewardship and the Annual Fund at United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley. Before that, she worked for FOUR PAWS International, an animal welfare nonprofit in Boston. Alex holds a Master’s degree in Development Practice from the University of Florida and two Bachelor’s degrees from UMass Amherst.
Alex is from Massachusetts originally, but has worked all over the world in countries including Peru, China, South Africa and Mongolia. Her favorite part of any direct marketing project is the moment when creative becomes reality as a proof. Second to that, she loves analyzing response rates of mail and email appeals.

These awards including the Direct Marketing Association of Washington's MAXI awards, New England Association of Direct Marketing NEDMA awards, Fundraising Success awards, NCDC Lumens awards, and DMFA Package of the Year awards.
